spreadsheet updated. BG In Process happens on same day as medical pass for inland applicants. I think with this CIC initiates Canadian criminal verification check. I see that you are outlander...probably that is the reason you do not see BG In process.

I would suggest make sure that qualify for FSW so that you get ITA for FSW. I think if you submit the app under FSW you will be fine. Even if you consider there is some risk of rejection, for you it may be worth taking the risk as the point not likely come down to 398 soon.
