Question to guys who applied in April.... I have seen many people using the word "2nd In process" lately. Did you guys see two in process status in ECAS? I though the sequence was In Progress -> App received -> In Process - > Decision Made. Can anyone confirm this?

I am getting a feeling that CIC has made some operational procedure changes because of which "In Process" happens early in the process. With so many April and May people waiting, it is unlikely that July guys will get PPR soon. Now, I am being a July applicant, I hope that my above statement...

The dates shown after clicking "in Process" link are wrong for most people. In this forum, when people say ECAS In Process date, they refer to the date when the status changed from "Application Received" to "In Process". Unless somebody checks the status daily, there is no way to know when...
