I totally agree with you, but at least when you have it filled in, later on it will be easier just to type (or copy) it again. In fact, you can trace it question by question and who knows, while doing it you might discover a mistake that you did in the first attempt. The forms will be fixed...

Guys ... at least you can fill in the current form and SAVE it! Later on, when they fix the form, you just copy paste between them. Stop arguing! :)

me too! I'd suggest put your name and personal phone number. The problem with this table, it is like they forgot about it and just dropped it the last minute. so many detailed are requested, yet the table is so small; all will fit in one row? I remember a similar section in the PR application...

Although adding this detail doesn't harm at all, but overall the form is asking if you have another citizenship (other than the one you obtained by birth).
