I believe if applicants don't get the oath next week, they will probably not get invited to the oath on the 1st of July. I believe a 2 week notice to the oath date is reasonable. But hopefully. Fingers crossed :D

Did the CIC agent say that they are satisfied with the application? Did the agent mention that you will receive the oath in 2 to 4 months?

If you fail the test, you're usually automatically rescheduled for a second attempt. So I am sure you passed and that wasn't the reason.
