The reply to my email said my file was in Sydney. The case analyst does his review at Sydney, may recommend pass and the Visa Officer at LVO finalise the eligibility at the LVO. I can't have a RPRF until the Visa Officer look at my file and pass my eligibility. Hence, that's why I know...

Realistically, if my file is still in Sydney and not yet transferred to a LVO, nothing changes. Hopefully, Sydney becomes my LVO and I will get an update. I'm hanging in there. Thanx. Needed the encouragement :D:D:D

@KiranK Darling, I knew you never said that and I didn't take it in that context. It's a good sign I know, at least CIC hasn't sent me any letter for clarification. It's just about Sydney. But, what keep bothering me is "we do not need additional documents" even when my eligibility is not done...

I believe it's just slow process. I think my eligibility hasn't been done that's why the RPRF is pending. I will wait it out till I heard from CIC. I don't think there is anything wrong with the file.
