My additional document status still says "The documents you have uploaded are being reviewed". I had uploaded one LOE.

Mine is the same. I suppose if I've been sitting at NA for 78 days and all of a sudden I get "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.", it's IP2?

Does IP2 mean eligibility has passed?

Yes eligibility is recommended passed before IP2, it is finalised at LVO for most candidates.

Most cases at IP2 the visa officer checks the case forwarded from case analyst, if case analyst recommends everything clear, in most cases Visa officer finalises it and PPR issued. Some visa officer may make calls to employers (random or if they have some doubt) at this stage just to verify employment for sure.

Thanks for the information. Do you know how much time it takes to get PPR from IP2 stage? My application went to IP2 on July 13th. I am an US Resident, AOR April 6th

As per current timelines for May i think travel history might be behind the delay. I had none, I think hence the quickness.
