Finally, I do not believe that. How can we be stuck in SS when for most of us Security and Criminality have not even started? You cannot be stuck on what has not started yet!!!!

It is a shared feeling. I completed the 6 months on September 2 and still in IP1, with Eligibility recommended pass since April 11, and Criminality and security not started.

Unfortunately they cannot virtually do nothing. That is what an Agent told me this afternoon when I called, since I have already crossed the 6 month average.

I think we are all the cursed ones. The worse is that when you call, everything is OK. From the note, I even realized that my own (March 2nd also), was recommended pass and ready to finalize by case analyst since April 11. Since then, nobody has touched the file again.

I have the impression that they never reply to web-form. I have contacted then several times, among which one was to update my home address information and the other was to update my passport (renewed one), but I have never received anything apart from the automatic acknowledgment replies

I hope they are really doing their job. Mine has not been touched since April 11, and the Case Analyst put recommended pass and ready to finalyse on that day. more than four months untouched, and they are closing newer files
