I think there is absolutely nothing we can understand as far as IRCC is concerned. Mine too is BC not started, and Eligibility recommended Pass since April 11th. My AOR is March 2nd. So in two week I will reach the six months, with an untouched application for five months.

In my case, it is BC not started, and I have never ever received a ghost update, no ADR. Really nothing, and I paid everything upfront. I think my application is being held by an extremely lazy officer. Anyway, as you suggested, I will call today and see if there is any change.

It is really just a Myth. I have applied for GCMS note twice (16th May and 29th June), but my application is still on Eligibility recommended Pass on both notes (recommendation made on April 16th). the notes did not push the Officer to review nor pushed my application forward.

You can apply for as many notes as you wish. I personally have already applied and received twice. I am planning to apply again early next month if by then I have not yet received PPR, since it will then be six months since AOR.
