Yes but first notes had no officer assigned yet. It was still over 30 pages and lots of codes to decipher. I'm expecting another set this week. Hopefully with more progress. It's interesting to see.

The ARC will be handled within the context of your Outland app. Do not apply for ARC in tandem. We are in same situation which is how I know this. Vienna seems to be processing quickly now. I've recently seen ARC payment request for applicant as soon as 5 months after applying.

I am anticipating ARC request because my husband was given one year removal and exclusion due to overstay. This was due to CIC error but out of our control. I'd like to learn more about this and how it goes for you. Was this due to deportation or removal with exclusion?

Bulk processing streamlines admin processes. Streamlining is a good thing. At least we all know there is progress. How it's done matters little as long as things are moving. That's how I see it.
