Re: new set 2 sets of notes arrived dated for both Nov 11 and Dec 7th. Nothing changed. So almost 4 months at VO with no activity. No officer assigned. Nothing started.

It seems they are using new e med paperless system. If so under this system the form IMM 1017 is not applicable. It is being phased out with old paper based system. All you need is a copy of e med report or proof of payment reciept with IME number assigned to submit with your app. Don't leave...
