Can any one please tell me how much time does CIC take to revert with GCMS notes? I know the third party portals take not less than 45 days. but how about CIC? are they consistent in sending them withing 30 days time frame?

Yes, there are few websites, including CIC portal where you can apply. if you provide an address within canada they charge CAD 5 or else it varies from 20 to 25 with an address outside canada.
