Thank you all :)

Congrats VNC007. Looks like there are some FSW PPR's trickling in for March AOR's. My AOR's a week after yours, hoping for some magic to happen

No I didn't. I find these notes useless. They arrive late and they tell you nothing about the present. I usually just call them. Last time few days ago. They said everything is ok and file is in Ottawa. Im CEC Inland, with 3 dependants. No additional docs requested, everything was upfront.

I concur. I normally just call them as well. Last time was end of September. I'll wait another week or two before calling them. Hopefully I don't need to and the PPR comes in the meantime.

7 months and 6 days from AOR. I call them every week. Yesterday I called twice. The first agent said there is no delay for BG check. The second agent said the same thing, plus "so far so good. nothing to worry about".

Just waiting ::)

Hello Everyone,

I'd raised a CSE asking for an update as I complete 7 months today :( and got the following response. I know its easy to understand but then what can i do next? Planning to proceed towards GCMS notes.

This is what I received:

Dear Pawaskar Anand Umakant,

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

Please note that the processing times provided to you on our website are an approximation. Currently, your file is still in process and there is no maximum timeframe to finalize an application.

If further information is needed, the responsible office may contact you.

Please visit our Help Centre for more information.

Sincerely,

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada
I got exactly the same response (AOR March 27 PNP). Can you order GCMS notes if you are outside Canada?

No other choice! Thanks for motivation ;)

Still waiting on my process.... tried to contact my local VO, got a standard response.

Dear Sir/madam

Please be advised that your case is currently under assessment, and that it is not possible to expedite it at this point. Kindly note that some cases require additional information, and therefore they may fall outside the average processing time published on our website. If additional information is required, we will contact you.

Sincerely / Salutations distinguées / Atenciosamente,

Well... looks like I "fell outside the average processing time published in their website".

Sep 08, 2016 - The last day London office (LDVO) released PPR.

What I can additionally observe;
1. Very little attention to PNP Outland applicants, only three(03) PNP Outland received PPR in AOR April 2016 so far and none of them got it in October itself. Only one(01) PNP Outland AOR March 2016 received PPR in October so far.
2. London office has processed only three cases since August which are all FSW Outland.
3. Last time LDVO processed PNP Outland was in June.

The above observations are worrisome for me and for anyone whose case is being processed at LDVO and/or who is PNP Outland.

Can someone possibly explain why LDVO is this slow now?

Is it possible to get your VO/High Commission changed somehow?

Yes, there are few websites, including CIC portal where you can apply. if you provide an address within canada they charge CAD 5 or else it varies from 20 to 25 with an address outside canada.
