Can anyone explain/speculate the email delays? I have friend who was told that they emailed him on the 27th May but this was like June 5th and he still had nothing. Where are these emails going? Is there a holding tank where they get some rest before they get to deliver the news?

My ECAS was not working either. Used a proxy to get a european IP and then it worked. No updates!! :( :( But yes, ECAS was not working from Canada. The page would not load.

Anyone else obsessively checking ECAS? :( :(

At least you know that the application is in Ottawa, I don't even know that. My only progress only shows App received. I got my PER email on Feb 24 and nothing since. My ECAS says updated 2015-06-02, so not sure what is going on there. But it appears that Ottawa is running slow.

This timeline reinforces the observation that late December 2014 applications are processing faster than early December apps. Oh well, there is a right time for everything ;D
