Marlee, try the UCI number if the app number isn't working. Make sure to select the right category (UCI, App number, etc) if you are using the Android version. Don't know about the iOS.

Indeed. Until we get a medical request, we are still standing outside the door waiting for an invitation. All a SLU means is that they have started working on your application. Anybody got a MR before SLU?
