No medical,Even no AOR from local visa office for set-Dec 2007 people.I believe local visa office has to clear backlog to start processing those file. Those who are waiting for CPP-M response, Cross the fingure if you are luck enough to get the file transfer to ottawa.

I applied in sept 2007. My file also shows they start processing in march 2011. I got approval on jan 25 th 2012 and file send to Singapore .don't worry your turn is coming soon.

I thought PPR is within three months of Medical. Why they took too long for your case? I sponsor in Sept, 2007, File just transfer to Singapore in Jan 2012.God knows How long they will take.please share your experience with CHC Singapore.

I don't think local visa office will response so fast. They have backlog need to clear first based on quota in 2012.

For sure it is typo or Sponsorship was approve at that time.

CHC Singapore applicant has unfair number. Got only 1000 visa for 2012 whereas current inventory is 1920. Don,t know how they will reduce current 44 month.

This is totally unfair CHC local visa office will take longer time than Ottawa pilot project. CIC should be trasparent on this matter.We should bring this unfair matter to the CIC attention.Ask them to speed up the Local Visaoffice.
