It is clear that if parent is not in Canada then File will Transfer to LVO just to Stamp the visa. CPP-Ottawa has own quota. So it will definitely a separate queue form those file transfer to LVO which might further slow down LVO applicant process.

I think you are right. All CPP-Ottawa will get visa this year as per quota. And LVO applicant are fk'ed up. Sorry loose my patient, LOL !! waiting sicec 2007 no update from Singapore LVO. Hopeless !!!!!!

yeah Totally unfair !!! Even some 2009 applicant done medical but 2007 Applicant don't know when it will be first review of the file. Does Anybody know when 2012Q1 will be released ?

I believe it is true for CPP-Ottawa applicant only. Based on current quota and speed of singapore LVO I can't expect anything before mid 2013. May be I am wrong !! lol ..

True CIC never will say but they are doing it. unfair !!! not transparent enough !!! Few months variation case to case is reasonable but what is the reason for years of difference in sametime applicant? CIC intetional policy is delaying some case longer. Like 2007 applicant of some LVO gets visa...

I think it's just to stamp the visa on passport. So LVO shouldn't take long as Ottawa has seperate quota. Not sure it is seperate dept. to stamp the visa other then immigration section of LVO.And with new system Any CIC officer can see the file from any office.May be depend on who will do final...

This is totally unfair !!

I believe approaching toward sponsorourparents.org is a good idea as they already have some experience with this. We can request them to organize and we all can join and campain for it to make it succesfull. I think they are also waiting for 2012Q1 to see if any improvement.

What can we do ? looks like Sponsorourparents.org had some movement on this but I havn't see any changes.
