no i didnt get any mail, approval mail can be delayed due to some reason but if you dont get before your passport delivery.. so about 90 % its refusal.

my application also got refused and i applied for caips notes to get exact reason of why they rejected.. and after getting result i will apply again, i will strongly suggest you to first apply caips notes and make sufficient amendments in you document and youre ready to go ... it will take 4-6...

you dont need to write much, just fill out the forms and pay the fee.. youre ready to apply.. mine was same reason too.. and i applied today only..

no it doesnt matter btw you applied at good time and for visa file you can apply Appx. 2 months before ur class start. keep follow up with college people..

btw have you received any mail from humber college regarding conditions or conditional letter ??

keep e mailing them or call them on the given number, they will give response and keep this mail address --> international@humber.ca in the loop..

i will suggest you to email the concern person like international student coordinator and ask the status about your application or email ur concern at this address international@humber.ca and you can also call them on 001-416-675-5067. try to contact them as soon as possible.
