    IELTS bands can make your profile more strong and youre eligible for studying in PG diplomas. but you have to make a strong SOP stating about everything including your gap, your work and how current study will help you in your work experience.

    talk to any lawyer there or any employer, you will get LMO( for work permit) but you have to pay for LMO and you can get around 2 years of LMO.

    yeah its a good option but your 12th marks are 50% which make your case weak. so try to make a strong SOP and rest is fine.

    there are two column cost of study is your tuition fee and cost of living is the cost you have to bear if youre living inside the campus but if youre living out of college campus so you only need to show the GIC certificate.
