well i believe that the course will be not a problem and in caips they clearly said that weak academic profile and study is not primary intention.

I will suggest you to go for PG business diploma, since you have a good experience in the same and do remember to connect it with your current scenario in SOP like you want to expand your own business, i hope it will help you.

IELTS is much better than esl, Even if you wll do IELTS before admission and put it in your visa file, it will give a good impact in your case moreover, VO will came to know about language abilities. youre right there are higher chances of refusal if you dont do IELTS.

mine got refused, for pgm in HRM. going to apply again for sept intake.

apply for caips note and get the exact reason for refusal.. then apply again while completing the requirement.
