    Most likely, based on the exclusion order, they are not prioritizing your application for processing. Because they know you cannot be removed from Canada. Still it's a long time to wait with no changes. I would suggest you keep calling until you get to talk to a real person. It's not impossible.

    I am. In my case, PRRA was submitted first while I compiled evidence for the H&C. That's why I was curious if they would process them together even when the submissions were months apart.
