Yes i don't think digital fingerprint is accepted OR asked by FBI. Using black ink fingerprints is the norm. I did it in Canada using and got a FBI clearance.

Yes NOC is not mandatory for foreign experience; but nice to have. I think thats why they ask for Roles & Responsibilities.

If you got clear refernence letter mentioning hours, annual pay, duration of employment ( start & end dates), NOC code, Duties & responsibilities ; then you are good. T4 is not mandatory; but would add value to prove your Canadian employment. LOE is typicaly needed if the letters are not clear...

yes i think it did say 12-14 weeks. I guess they have picked up speed now inspite of the slower speeds mentioned on thier website. My friend sent his fingerprints to FBI 6 weeks before me ( Nov 2016). But he got the report 3 weeks before me.

For foreign education; transcripts are not mandatory. I dont see a slot in my document uplaod checlist for transcripts May be because you had Canadian educaiton; its needed for you ? Can you confirm ?

Has XX been working full-time for the employer on their current work permit for at least one year? (Or for an equal amount of part time work?) why is there a doubt abou this ? Its a clear 'No' for you. And like Del said; you DO NOT qualify YET.

Is 2174 your primary NOC code that your application is based on ? if yes; then you need to mention the details & adhere to CIC guidelines. Does your current WP has NOC 2174 role name ( eg Software developer) mentioned on it ? The officer has access to your old & existing WPs

I plan do the same. Club a LOE for Proof of funds + Bank statement and upload in Proof of statement section.
