You are almost at the fag end of receiving the PPR. I wish you would have done this earlier. I would recommend you get your COPR first and then process the new passport asap. You will have to travel with both passports, old and new during the first entry.

Do they have e-medicals? Did they click your picture? The 1017 form does not come with affixed photo. You have to take 2 normal passport size with you.

I am sorry I did not have details on your profile. But I saw your older posts. Your AOR was Sept. 23rd. You will have to share more details from your GCMS notes for me to comment. Look at the last 3-4 pages that say notes and see if it says s16.(1) or s15(1). Also check the sections called...

At the end, you usually get a 1 page acknowledgement. Like this one. If you don't, I think it is still fine, as long as the records are marked under the issued IME# and are uploaded
