Nope, please login to your account and see if there is any request for redoing the medical. If so, they will send you a filled up IMM1017. DO NOT TAKE RE-MEDS UNTIL YOU ARE ASKED TO. They might have extended your medicals.

The case is, your application is almost final. Get re-meds done asap, submit and follow up with hospital to check if the meds are uploaded after 7 days. Once meds are uploaded...keep a keen eye on your profile. PPR is very close.
