    It could be from anywhere. In most straightforward cases, the file moves to LVO after approvals are done...for dispatch of PPR. It might differ in a few cases. When they need to verify something locally.

    I ordered GCMS twice. I feel ordering GCMS once every three/four months is necessary even if it does not show any difference. To me. My IP2 happened 2 days after getting my first GCMS and second GCMS showed I had my Eligibility under RR.

    Yes it will be recorded. However when you create a new EE profile with fresh details, you may be able to forgo the need of explaining the change.

    You will get an opportunity to change the employer while pushing your application for PR. But remember, they record this change. So, make the change and explain it in the LOE. Make it reasonable and it should not be a problem.

    I have seen people getting PPRs after 2 years, but it is a rare occurrence. However, with elections around the corner. You cannot deny the slow speed.

    Ideally yes. They will ask you for re-medicals only after a decision is made. Also, don't bother if agents tell you that security is pending after re-meds. I was told so...3 days I got PPR.
