You don't have to send your resignation letter. I asked the human resource dept of my new job to write a letter for immigration purposes which I got in a day. It only mentioned my title, start date, and salary per month. I think they will write it for you after your joining! Hope this helps!

I sent them other documents including my address change and job change, they only notified me with the address change: however, I sent all the documents in one email with 2 PDF files.

It's generic email, a lot of people got this email in February and still didn't hear anything. There were bunch of people got this email on June 9 I think, but I wish they have touched your file.
