I know that they consider full-time work as 30 hours/week. So if I worked 40 hours/week for 1 year, would that count as 1 year or 1 year and 4 months? What about part-time? (for example, 15 hours/week is considered part-time, but what if i worked 20 hours/week?)

I read the criteria to receive a PT Notification of Interest from Ontario and it seems pretty simple (400+ CRS points and a few other details). So does everyone matching their criteria gets a notification of interest or is there further criteria that is not disclosed to the public?
