I'm still curious about this and the answer was not very clear to me. Does this really mean that OP is right and CIC only checks for security and medical after the PNP nomination? Why would WES say that the equivalency is "Bachelor's degree", instead of 2 bachelor's, when WES just assessed both of them? I still don't get this and ugh it's getting annoying (also pretty anxious while waiting for my WES results...)
