If i'm not wrong, Once you take loan amount you cannot cancel or make full payment in first six months. After 6months they will allow to make 1time settlement. Give us more details, Like how you took loan? I mean by showing property or by making a FD! P.S : You changed course in same college?

If you have gaps, Then i would suggest you should attach the experience letter for the same to make your profile more convincing.

Check "English Language Proficiency Policy" on the college website. Almost all colleges and universities accept TOEFL as well.
