@Prashant, I'm guessing because of your IELTS score (5.5 in writing) you opt for diploma & not higher education, right? I think instead of re-applying directly, you should write IELTS again & get admission in higher education or else your visa will get rejected again with the same reason. P.S ...

I know there are hell lot of scamer's out there, Thats why i have mentioned consult a "Expert". Don't know where he is from but here , In Hyderabad there are some reputable and registered consultancies are available like IDP & canamgroup.com

Don't know about funds but now you can't apply under SPP program. My advice is instead of taking suggestions from online strangers, do your self a favor and contact some local "EXPERT" consultant, who can cross check your file & can give the need full suggestions.
