Hello. Quick question, if mediation refuses to grant appeal, how long does it take to get a date for full court hearing please?

Its been over 2 years already before today that we had the mediation meeting...now will are advice to go to court for full hearing.

Yes a few of January applicants are already hearing from avo with ppr...I’m guessing you also January applicant right? And if you’re, you should be hearing any moment from’em. What’s your app date?

Actually we filled for the appeal in December 2016, couple of weeks after the refusal... And we have also confirmed from the lawyer about the blue book and he said it was received in March 2017. But the initial application started in January 2016, and didn’t hear back not on till September when...

Hi there.Really sad to hear, but I think it’s never to late send an email to the visa office and tell them what has happened and request for a resend of your ppr. I believe it’s that simple and hope you get to hear back from them ASAP.
