Uumm not it's not. I know exactly what im speaking about and know what is discussed on this thread. And there are SPOUSAL APPLICTIONS from Jan 2018 where the PA has already received PPR.
Can you please source the person and ask what he/she did that others didnt ... who knows...

First off, there is no reason for shouting your replies on the forum and also it's very confusing when you are contradicting your answer by saying first no to me and yes to someone else. I had specified also that for Accra the 4 month processing timeline was unheard of.

There are no 4 month spousal application processing timelines for West Africa, unless it is tied to Express Entry immigration stream somehow, but definitely not straight spousal applications.

Hi! Yes I'm from Ghana and I landed as a PR in Canada on somewhere ending of march 2018. I applied February 2017 and It took immigration 13months to process my application. I received procedural fairness somewhere along the line and had to gather more documentation to proof to them that my marriage was genuine. They also had concerns with my previous surname change and I had to provide more documentation to convince them, it was pretty tough but with God I was able to overcome it. Just be truthful in all your information and documentation to IRCC.

congratulation please how long do youhave to wait after they received replied for procedural fairness reply

Whatever.

You didn't have to sound so rude. @maki22 is right, it is unheard of that Accra processed spousal application under 6months. Before bringing any information on this group you must be ready to defend it and don't come here telling people ''whatever"

I can come here and tell ppl whatever I want.I was finished with this convo so your 2 cent's wasn't really necessary.

All i said was that other's from the January 2018 forum have already received PPR and i don't understand why ACCRA takes so long. I never mentioned anyone dealing with Accra office receiving PPR in under 6 months, i was specifically speaking about other's within the January 2018 forum (no matter the office). There's nothing for me to defend.

Me I just tire for this process.... Imagine, to even get ordinary Medical request na wahala.... Na to go light 7 candles for mountain remain.... If any of you at the Accra office dey read this.... If u want me and my wife to come for interview ...please ask... i will fly down to Accra and sit for any interviews... I am begging...

I think AVO Is on long vacation. ..this is total bullshit, how can they be toying with people's heart, love, family, plans and future.. what is there to make a fu*cking decision to enable one to move on with life and have other meaningful things in mind instead of " AVO email" which never comes or took eternity....

We are all in the same shoes unfortunately. It's really devastating!!
God will see us tru!!

Wow...the room is getting a little hot! You all cool your hearts. They are indeed working. They asked me to send my passport for the visa. It took me 27 months (my case was special) but God is faithful and it will happen for each and every one of us at the appointed time. Take heart and be encouraged.

Congrats to you! But kindly tell us all the reason why your case is so special? Thanks.

Unfortunately I'd rather not go into full details but indeed it was a long process. It was not a typical spousal application. They seemed to beleive that I only got married to gain entrance to Canada as I had been there before. So I had to overcome that, which wasn't easy at all.

Congratulations. I'm happy for you

if you choose not to go into full details as you have said, well I respect your decision. But unfortunately I don't think that's a good idea in my opinion. I mean how does it even help other new members joining the forum without us sharing our experiences with AVO?

I strongly believe that the reason why we all are here is to learn, share informations and assist one another when dealing with AVO.

not true..maybe not recently but a good friend of mine, her husband many years ago like around 2010 was processed in 4 months.
