Spouse visa re request for PPR, PPR was accidentally deleted

Hello guys need help.. I was waiting for the ppr since i got the Pre arrival letter sept.5 as i check my ecas on oct15 it was already Decision made status and ask my husband about it my husband emailed the manila immigration ang replied to him that they send PPR oct.4. But i. Haven't receive an email he told me it might be in the spam folder but i deleted spam and trash folder. Someone can help me how to get a re request PPR? Thank you

Hi there.Really sad to hear, but I think it’s never to late send an email to the visa office and tell them what has happened and request for a resend of your ppr. I believe it’s that simple and hope you get to hear back from them ASAP.
