    Don't touch the funds that you showed as POF. Not maintaining 20k would be ok, but don't let the amount slip below 18.5k untill PPR.

    If you aren't borrowing that money from anyone, then you don't need any documents, simple bank statements would do.

    You can get the Gift Deed anytime after the Transfer of Funds. The transaction should reflect in your Bank account to connect the dots and convince the reader, that's it. Thanks kool_buddy!
