They received the photos on 10 Feb. I called them on 25 Feb and they said it was sent to production. Of what I know, after CIC receive the photos, one gets the card in 4-6 weeks after that.

I raised a CSE under Express Entry. CSE is the only way we can communicate with them, why not use that option.

I haven't got the card yet. You have got the details and address correct. Just send the envelope by a registered post so that you can send the tracking number in CSE for their reference.
