    If you are in Delhi you need to accompany a plain paper Gift deed with an e-stamp paper. Outside Delhi, Gift Deed needs to be on a Stamp paper. Hope it clarifies.

    Someone asked for a letter format wherein an applicant can use it to get the rights to use all the funds of a Joint account with a Parent .. Hope it helps!

    It isn't advisable. Get a letter from an account atleast 6 months old. Any bank will issue you the balance certificate.

    Net worth certificate is needed to show the Visa Officer that the person gifting the funds is financially sound and is capable of surviving without the money gifted. So only your Father's net worth would be needed.

    It's not advisable to have joint account with people other than the ones in application. Get the money transferred to PA's sole account. I have got this confirmed with many guys.

    Yes, please include a small explanation in LOE about the error. Any which ways you would be including IELTS doc in your application, so it will automatically solve all questions that might arise in VO's head.

    I am assuming both of you are in the same application. There is not need of any Gift deed. You can include her statement along with yours and mention about the transaction in the LOE. It won't cause any issue at all.
