Send the document checklist Make sure you follow the Document Checklist (IMM 5612) and use it as the cover page of your application. Do not submit documents that are not found on the checklist and do not send duplicates of your application or documentation.

hi there is no change as to the amount u will have to pay but there is a change in the form format itself. if u have the old Fee payment form, compare it with the one on the website, u will notice the difference on the Principal applicant table. as CIC always mention, always use the latest form...

if i were u i'd rather play it safe and ensure i am submitting the right docs that way i am confident rather than sending it now and always on the edge thinking whether the academic ielts is acceptable or not.

hi 1. photocopy will do...per document checklist, CIC only needs photocopy, original maybe requested later. 2. reference letter is enough if you got all the information required in that letter.

the choice is really yours........ others prefer to carry part cash/part TC or bank draft...all very good suggestions... however, if u are happy carrying all your funds in cash and is quite safe about it, then by all means...it is about choice....
