you r right...ielts must b 7.0 or above... If indeed Canada is following the immig footsteps of OZ, then have your qualifications assessed by your profession's regulatory body in Canada. Now is the best time. I am a bit weary if Canada is also going to impose the band 7 for IELTS similar to OZ.
