They will link you medical check up to your PR application. or you can submit the webform with your medical result. For my case, they linked it automatically

nothing hurts for link. WIth the link , you can easily keep track of your application, You just need an UCI and application number to link your account. I think , it is better to link and you will not miss any important correspondences from IRCC.

I think you need to inform the Province Nomination program about the employment changes ( in BC, it is a must), and submit new employment infor to Province Nomination as your PR is based on the specific employer .

If the RCMP is requested for your spouse, you can upload it right away in your IRCC account, go to the submitted documents link on the top of the application status page. Don’t use webform for it. If they ask for additional infor, they always create the place for you to upload. Hope it helps
