Do you know the status of criminality? If not, please call IRCC and ask the status. You can wait for DM if only security waits for pass after eligibility and criminality got pass. I saw some applicants before 2020 Feb AR whose criminality is in progress and eligibility is not started. Thanks,

Refer to the following link. Security starts after all others got pass. You will get DM after security pass. Security will take 1 to 2 months normally, but sometimes 1 to 2 years in case of deep screening.
