Hi guys, I sent my husbands PP to Buffalo for visa issuance on June 13, but still have not received it back yet, its been the 15 days! And we really want to surprise visit his parents on my holidays from work. Anyone have any experience on how long it ACTUALLY takes for them to send it back? Thanks

@eletyl, try the link I posted, there are many professional listings on the site, it is a government funded job bank. Or depending on where you reside, you can look up the local health authority as they post positions on there as well. Good luck. Try the universities as well!

@ kourts I brought along a copy of my entire application, inc. FBI checks, criminal record checks, etc. Everything that was required for the application (* except my marriage certificate which I FORGOT!). And of course the was the only thing the agent asked for. She actually asked me to go home...

^^ Best bet is to just do everything they have ever asked for and send it in, they can't complain about having too much information on you. Get the fingerprints and the Criminal record check is what I would personally do.

This is just a guess, but the file number I got on my Sponsorship approval from CIC-M started with a B, and my husbands file number from Buffalo-CG started with a F. That's the only thing I noticed, from my experience.
