Waiting for PP to be returned from Buffalo, personal experience anyone?

Hi guys, I sent my husbands PP to Buffalo for visa issuance on June 13, but still have not received it back yet, its been the 15 days! And we really want to surprise visit his parents on my holidays from work.
Anyone have any experience on how long it ACTUALLY takes for them to send it back?

15 business days Another week hopefully! Did you prepay the return via UPS and get a tracking number? If so, you can subscribe to updates for that tracking number via email, so the second the UPS guy picks it up from Buffalo, you'll know!

Oh damn the BUSINESS days! LOL totally didn't even think of that. Ya It's all pre-paid I was wondering how to get the notification of the pickup. Thanks fizzle.
