I got the exact same message from them. I thought we had the right to know about our file status after 12 months completed.

I sent an email to LVO and they said that my file is still being processed so they are closed but the officers that are responsible for our files are all working on our files from home.

Im April 2nd applicant. My file completed 1 year. Now my gckey says "your application is taking us longer than usual to process". Im worried because alot of people got their pre-arrival a few days before their file hit the 1 year mark.
