You should call them, you were supposed to receive it by now. Maybe its in the mail. Its unfair to receive your CSQ close to 8 months. Call them and keep calling. The officer responsible for your file is taking his/her sweet time. People after u got it

No what im trying to say is that they are saying they will resume all the applications on that date. Does it mean that we will start receiving updates starting from May 19? Will they resume all their work like they normally do?

Heyy guys i read somewhere that some applications are temporarily suspended till May 19 2020. Its says on the website. Maybe they might resume their work after May 19 and we start receiving updates

I think they are working on the files from home but they will start sending out stuff like pre arrivals, pprs, medicals after july 1st. Because they wont get paid to sit down at home and do nothing. I dont think they wont get a salary for 2-3 months.

I forgot to ask that as well but i called twice and i didnt tell the second person i called that i been told that my file started processing, they both told me the same thing so i believe that our files actually did start processing. They told me that they are waiting to make the final decision.

Also, just to let u guys know i dont know if they follow aor or file received date because my Aor is Jan 14 but both time i called they said that my file started processing and its waiting for the final decision.
