Buddy , i can suggest you one thing before you go for interview you can get the notes added to your file by the visa officer are prepare for interview on the lines of those notes , If you go without preparation it will be a surprise as you are not aware why they have asked for the interview...

After getting PER their are very rare chances you get NER by VO but still they can give negative decisions main reasons are wrong representation , fudging of details and unsatisfactionshown by VO regading your work experience . If you havent get PER then may be your total score below 67 is the...

Not sure but my consultant said it will take nearly 3-4 months after submission of Medicals so I am expecting Last week of Feb or First week of March anything early will be great :)
