What I think, 207 are with completeness check done and payments forms sent for fee collection which are also in que.
And application sent for elgiblity review (67 passing marks and NOC matching etc.) by senior officer.
Many forumites like sandeep7972, Dave123, Sunnynitian, (all applicants dtd. 24/09/14) have received their PERs.
So 700 apps are upto 24th Sep by rough estimation.
As quoted by other forumites in earlier posts, completeness check upto mid Nov would have been completed by mid Dec, 14.
and 207 pending applicants are from 24th Sep to Mid Nov.

Above are just guestimates. Forumites may throw light.

No my friend. It seems that 207 have already even charged and waiting to be reviewed because they do not start reviewing unless the application is charged and the payment is secure. They charge in advance.

I believe that many of 2132 october applicants are out of the game.

Dear Seniors,

Need your suggestion ASAP. My second application for 2172 will reach CIC by tomorrow.

But my first application was for 2171 on October 1. According to today's CIC update, there are still 161 applicants waiting for MI Completeness.

Thus, it may create problem if both of my applications Fall under CAP. In this scenario, should I cancel my Delivery of 2172?.

Please, help me with your soonest honest suggestion.

Hello Seniors,

I have a dumb question. Is PER email sending out from Visa-Intake-Office (say Sydney) or the visa office you choose to process your application (say Singapore, London, New Delhi....)? Thanks in advance.

Per is from CIC Sydney, Nova Scotia.

60 days today since I've received the PER. Second line also got updated 20 days back!! What's happening NDVO? Where is the MR?

I am self employed, do you think that causes the delay? I have never traveled outside the country, so that shouldn't be a problem!

Hi CanOl,

Its possible and allowed. My close friend who got PR through CEC (Canadian Experience Class) got his passports sent through VFS, got them stamped and he said its the safest way. I will check with him first thing tomorrow and let the group know the process.

Good analysis dkd - yes 207 applicatons are those waiting for MI eligibility clearance by IPA..

MI acceptance review is a process of checking whether applicant meets minimum eligibility requirement for FSW program (one year experience in one of 50 eligible NOCs etc.) and against six eligibility factors (whether you have.67 points)

Apps having done with Completeness check and waiting for eligibility check in Layman's language.

It's pretty straight forward process, you just need to visit your closest VFS office. Once you are there the entire process will be very evident, people in VFS are very professional and will guide you.
Once your passports arrive back, you can goto VFS and collect them. VFS will notify you, once passports arrived back at VFS. I think there is also an option to courier the passport from VFS to our home, but safest is to goto VFS and collect the passport

168 days since my application was received..

Bank says DD was cashed last week of October..

46 days since I have emailed CIC, still no reply..

Tried calling but no luck, agent says they don't keep any information of the FSW applicants (I know its a big fat lie).. what can I do? I am hopeless now

I have submitted my application. Its on the way. I just realized that i havenot put the bar code page at the top. It is included in the Generic Application Form. Can they reject my application based on this mistake. NOC 1113...

Hi Rajani47,

No need to worry. Many have done the same mistake, but their applications went through and they also got PERs. CIC will not reject applications because of this.
