    it is not opened , but you can prepare for it if you want to apply. Please read the guide carefully before applying. As per checklist , collect your documents and fill all the forms carefully.

    Yes it is very much TRUE that funds are acceptable only if it is in yours account as well as in your SPOUSE's account only. Otherwise funds are not acceptable. :)
