Hi all How much it takes after "in process" status

Dear I have submit my file between 11.45 pm and 12.00 AM (3rd of January) in Indian Standard time. I think application started at 08.00 am Saskatchewan time (08.15 PM Indian Time). So how can you say that it finished within 30-45 minutes.

"Without job offer" quota finished in 2-3 hours on January 2, 2015. So if you want apply "without job offer" , You have to wait for January 2016
