I want to submit my OINP application.. My spouse and I had a new born, we have the birth certificate, however the passport will take longer to be issued. Can we submit our application with Birth certificate of the newborn as the only identification document ?

hi i got ontario NOI before i have my newborn, her passport will take 1 month to be issued. can i apply now to ontario HCP and submit her passport later to ontario or CIC or should i wait to get her passport. please share your experience

What about processing of PR after receiving the nomination, in average is it the same time for normal ITA or do PNP outland processing takes longer as i read somewhere

what is the average processing time for PNP-outland these days ? i read earlier that some ontario nominee applications were kind of frozen for few months and they exceeded the average time for PPR, however the tracker shows it is less than the average. please share your experience.

i read in OINP guide that we should request duplicte of ECA to be sent directly from WES to Ontario ? who should be mentioned under "Attention", do i have to add any reference number ? should i request it after i complete my application or prior to it or when OINP request it ?

i will use your argument to prove your opposite claim. you are the perfect example that last score rise is only temp. the score had risen because you moved from 410 to 490, you didnt enter the pool from outside. we have one less person in 400-420 now which will get the scores to drop in next...
