I need to submit my oinp application not ircc. I didegrt the nomination yet.. I called ontario immigration call center now and they told me LoE with birth certificate will suffice and my application will not be on hold but i have to send them passport copy after i get it

i asked similar question earlier as i had my newborn after NOI, but they told me passport is a must. @picklee do you know similar case that birth certificate with LOE were sufficient and accepted?

newbie indeed as per your signature. this is only speculation, 95% of previous draws took place on Wednesday, some of these were around 9 AM ottawa time. but it can take place any day of the week at anytime of the day. that's why they call it refresh party it will go on for hours and days.

LOE is where you explain the situation to them. if you can't go to iraq to get it my opinion is you write them an LOE telling them why you can't go to iraq, whether it is you fear for your safety if you are a minority or be falsely prosecuted for something you didnt do. i believe PCC from iraq...

I want to submit my OINP application.. My spouse and I had a new born, we have the birth certificate, however the passport will take longer to be issued. Can we submit our application with Birth certificate of the newborn as the only identification document ?
