I received my NOI on 29 June then registered. My daughter was born on 22 June. I have only the birth certificate but passport not issued yet.

Should I add her as a family member in the application or submit without adding her.

I have another idea to add her as a member and include birth certificate with an explanation letter to the officer that passport issue is under process.

What do you advise to do?

You must add your child to your application before submission. Since you don't have passport, include the birth certificate and explain in LOE that you have applied for the passport.

Thank you very much for your help and support.

i asked similar question earlier as i had my newborn after NOI, but they told me passport is a must.
@picklee do you know similar case that birth certificate with LOE were sufficient and accepted?

Will you get the passport before your eAPR submission deadline? If so, just wait to receive the passport since your application will be delayed anyway until you have it.

Thanks Picklee for your advise, I did what you mentioned above and submitted my application.
Shall i update my EE application too with the new baby and increase number of family members, or it should be done with a different procedure.
